On a professional and personal level I know how important it is to find the right childcare, whether it is in the home or in a Nursery. Being extremely passionate about children and that they are 'the generation of our future', I felt that my qualifications and experiences of working in the sector and with being involved in the recruitment of many good childcare practitioners over the years, together with being very aware of Parents expectations of the type of person they would like their child/ren to be cared for, I decided to move in the area of recruitment some 2 years ago.
JEM works on the basis that Children, and those caring for Children matter, and having a positive influence on children's lives and those involved with them, helps shape their future.
With the belief that: Children are natural born learners and self educators with an innate curiosity of imagination and life, Parents, Carers and Childcare Practitioners are facilitators of these children’s individual learning potential and development, giving them the opportunities to develop and grow into independent and knowledgeable individuals.
